The eatery serves buckets of fried chicken as well as pot pies and sandwiches. The planned 2,700 square-foot restaurant has an estimated construction cost of $1.8 million. The project is slated to begin construction in January and scheduled for completion in June.

The business sells bowls, smoothies, juices and cold brew, according to its website. Construction is expected to begin in March and wrap up in June. The 1,565-square-foot project is estimated to cost $150,000.

13. Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch
The final phase of renovations has begun at The Hills Golf Course. It is the third and final phase of renovations planned at the course and will focus on Holes 1-9, according to the course website, including reimagining the course, improving the fairways and updating its irrigation system. Renovations are being led by World Golf Hall of Famer Lanny Wadkins and golf course designer Kurt Bowman. Officials are expecting to reopen the course in the fourth quarter of 2026.
