A new KFC is slated to open in McKinney.

KFC, which plans to relocate their headquarters from Louisville, Kentucky to Plano, serves buckets of fried chicken as well as pot pies, sandwiches and more.

According to the filing, the 2,700 square-foot restaurant has an estimated construction cost of $1.8 million. The project is slated to begin construction in January and scheduled for completion in June.
