Fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick opened on June 20 in Southlake.

The restaurant at 2101 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 180, features a variety of chicken salad, such as the Fancy Nancy with Fuji apples, seedless grapes and pecans. It also offers pimento cheese, egg salad, sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts.
