Livingston and his wife own the Celebrity Café & Bakery locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the Texadelphia locations in Frisco and Plano. He has served on the Frisco Convention & Visitors Bureau board and is currently the vice chair for the board of adjustment/construction board of appeals.

"We're excited by the results," he said. "We wish we could've gotten a little bit more, but we knew it was statistically going to be a challenge with five people. We're confident we can close it out on June 10."

Roberti is a financial advisor by trade and is the chairman of the Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission, which he has served on since 2012.

"I began my campaign on literally the last possible day of filing, and ran against four passionate individuals wanting to serve," he said. "I am proud to have been given the opportunity by the voters to tell my story without the noise and distraction of other races. I plan to do so with integrity and the same firm commitment to serving Frisco as a true conservative and a servant leader."
