According to agenda documents, the funds will be used for plastic easter eggs, candy fillers, decorations and an Easter Bunny.
“I think that this is a real great opportunity for us to continue that magnificently supported event," Hays County Judge Ruben Becerra said.
The Easter egg hunt will be held outside the Hays County Historical Courthouse, located at 111 E. San Antonio St., on April 2.
