University Square, a professional and medical office development, is under construction at 4700 Campus Village Drive, Round Rock. Approximately 25,000 square feet of office space, with units from 1,800 square feet, will be available for sale or lease, according to plans by Spark Root Development and Construction, the developers behind the project.

Plans show a common area hallway and an elevator. Approximately 125 parking spaces, or around five spaces per 1,000 square feet, will be available.
