November home sales increased, prices dropped in Pflugerville-Hutto market

Year-over-year home sales increased in Pflugerville and Hutto in November, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors. Meanwhile, median home prices dropped in both cities.

In November, 81 homes were sold in Hutto, while 84 homes were sold in Pflugerville.

Median home prices dropped in both cities in November. In Hutto, home prices dropped by 9.3%. In Pflugerville, prices declined by 3.1%.

Most homes in the Pflugerville-Hutto market—114—were sold for between $300,000 and $499,999. There were also:

• 1 home sold for between $900,000-$999,999
• 4 homes sold for between $700,000 and $899,999
• 26 homes sold for between $500,000 and $699,999
• 5 homes sold for $299,999 or less

The average number of days homes spent on the market also increased, with Pflugerville's homes waiting for a buyer for an average of 71 days, compared to the 50 days homes spent on the market in Hutto.
