Texas Nails & Music, a new local business, held its soft opening Aug. 11 at 6501 S. Congress Ave, Ste. 2-207.

“We are going to be a medi-spa for hands and feet,” owner Anabelia Berglie said, noting the company will use products from Germany and offer services that are safe for diabetics.

To promote its opening, the new business plans to offer free manicures and pedicures starting next week and will officially open in September, Berglie said.
