A new Dunkin’ location opened in New Braunfels at 237 FM 306, Ste. 101, on April 15. The third location of the coffee chain in New Braunfels is planning to host its grand opening in May. Fast Aid Urgent Care
Fast Aid Urgent Care, a veteran-owned and -operated medical care facility located at 229 FM 306, Ste. 103, opened March 15 in New Braunfels. The Urgent Care is a primary provider for minor medical emergencies for patients of all ages and has an x-ray on-site. Joshua Keller, a certified family nurse practitioner at the urgent care, said the new Fast Aid Urgent Care in New Braunfels is in a good location in the growing community and is easy to access for residents living in the Canyon Lake area as well. Lolli's Daycare and Preschool
Lolli's Daycare and Preschool, a Christian-based child care center, opened in New Braunfels on April 3. Located in the heart of New Braunfels at 984 W. San Antonio St. at the former Hansel & Gretel Child Developmental Center, Lolli's offers day care for children from 18 months to 4 years old. Its after-school program will pick children up to 12 years old from Morningside Elementary School, and it can register up to 82 children. Children attending the day care will have the opportunity to participate in Spanish, sign language and Christian curriculum. Lolli's Daycare and Preschool also has adding security measures in place and practices a no-electronic-device rule for teachers and children to have them actively engaged in hands-on activities and learning. Marco's Pizza
A new Marco's Pizza location opened April 10 at 1860 S. Walnut Ave., New Braunfels. Vice President of Operations Sharon Virk said business officials are “really excited to be in the community and be a part of New Braunfels.” Marco's Pizza serves pizza, wings, salads, sub sandwiches and desserts. On the Grind Coffee opened at the Westpointe Village Shopping Center at 2680 SH 337 Loop, New Braunfels, on March 2. The New Braunfels-based coffee company sells a variety of classic and signature coffee drinks, such as the the Caramelo, a mix of chocolate and caramel. Aside from coffee, it also sells teas, Italian sodas and shakes. P.F. Chang’s, an Asian restaurant, opened in New Braunfels on April 5 at 2982 Cold Spring Drive. This is the chain restaurant's third location to open in the Greater San Antonio area. The restaurant serves sushi with a small selection of soup and salad options, such as egg drop soup and and Asian salads. It also serves a variety of main entree dishes, such as Mongolian beef, mapo tofu, sesame chicken, noodles, rice and more. Customers can order or make a reservation online.
