More details
The Music Friendly Texas initiative was launched by the TMO in 2016 and is the first program of its kind in the state. The program was designed to recognize communities that “foster music business-related economic development and job creation in Texas cities and communities,” according to the release.
Cedar Park is joining 75 other communities across the state who have applied for the designation. A certification ceremony will be held on Friday, May 2 at 7 p.m. during the Live @Lakeline Concert Series in Lakeline Park.
