Bastrop-Cedar Creek home sales increased in August as median prices fell and homes spent more days on the market, according to Unlock MLS data.

Across ZIP codes 78602 and 78612, 64 homes sold in August—up from 59 during the same month in 2025.
ZIP code 78602 saw sales increase about 27% year over year, from 41 to 52, while sales in 78612 declined about 33%, from 18 to 12.
Homes also took longer to sell in both ZIP codes, with average days on the market increasing from 62 to 70 in 78602 and from 71 to 116 in 78612.
