Cibolo residents can get rid of household waste on the weekends of Nov. 1-3 and Nov. 8-10.

The overview

Twice a year, a cleanup event is held in the city of Cibolo, allowing residents to get rid of large amounts of waste. A current city of Cibolo utility bill and ID are required to participate.

For nonhazardous waste drop-off events, residents can only bring household and yard waste.

Residents are limited to two pickup truck loads of waste or one 16-foot-by-8-foot trailer.

What else?

On Nov. 2, residents can dispose of hazardous household waste, including up to four tires and 10 gallons combined total of the following items:
  • Paints in cans
  • Aerosol dispensers
  • Varnish and stains
  • Paint thinners and removers
  • Acetone
  • Automotive and cooking oils
The parking lot of Cibolo City Hall, located at 200 S. Main St., will serve as the drop-off location for all waste during the event. Additional information on acceptable items can be found here.
