The city of Schertz will be hosting Holidazzle on Dec. 3. This event brings a variety of activities and events across the city that the family can enjoy.

Breakfast with Santa

The first activity for the event will be a breakfast with Santa sponsored by Abel’s Diner.

This event is held in three sessions and requires registration to attend.

As of Nov. 30, the only available session is at 11 a.m., and registration is $10 per participant.



Breakfast with Santa will be held at the Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz.

Kris Kringle Market

The Kris Kringle Market is a one-stop shop for the holidays.

With 30 registered vendors, the market will offer handmade crafts, specialty food items and independent consultant products.


The market will be open from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and will be held in the Schertz Civic Center, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Schertz.

Holiday Hoopla

The Holiday Hoopla will feature a variety of the Holidazzle activities, including sledding at Mt. Schertz, a snow angel play area and an ice skating rink.

Food vendors will also be available for those looking for a treat during the festivities.


The attractions are free for all ages and are open from 4-8 p.m. Activities will be held throughout the Johnie McDow Sports Complex, located at 955 Community Circle Drive, Schertz.

Festival of Angels Parade

The final activity of the Holidazzle event will be the Festival of Angels lighted night parade.

Beginning at 5 p.m., there will be road closures along the parade route with the parade starting at 6 p.m.


The route starts at Pickrell Park and ends at Community Circle Drive in the Hal Baldwin Municipal Complex.
