A new Whataburger location is scheduled to break ground in Cibolo in 2024.

The San Antonio-headquartered fast-food chain has over 900 locations across the country. The new location will be the first location for Cibolo.

Featuring burgers, breakfast, salads and more, the chain serves approximately 60 million customers each year, according to the business website.

While an official opening date has not been announced, the estimated completion date for the project is August, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
