Schertz locals Aaron and Kristen Grafft are the owners of the restaurant, which is named after Aaron Grafft’s grandfather, according to the business' website.
The new restaurant will be located at 121 Cibolo Commons, Cibolo. The opening date for the restaurant is set for July 27.
