An industrial refrigeration company in Universal City looks to add a second building at its current address.

Synergy Refrigeration registered for a second building on its premises with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on May 5, with construction slated to begin on July 1 according to the registration.

The company is based in Ball Ground, Georgia but has its second office in Universal City. Synergy offers industrial refrigeration services such as manufactured systems, design and technical support and integrated service programs like safety audits and preventative maintenance.

According to the TDLR listing, the construction will cost $1.77 million.
