Representatives with the northside resort Fiamme—Italian for “flames"—said the restaurant opened July 15. It is open 4-9 p.m. daily to resort guests and the general public, available on the lower lobby level near the restaurant Cibolo Moon.
Fiamme features Neapolitan-style pizza, Italian-inspired appetizers, salads and desserts. The pizzas are baked on site inside a Morello Forni dome mosaic oven imported from Italy.
The eatery also offers the resort’s Hill Country Honey Blonde Beer—which is a collaboration with Freetail Brewing Co.—and Desert Door Distillery Paloma Preserve, alongside other beers and cocktails.

Sebastian Mena, food and beverage director at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, said Fiamme Pizzeria is a welcome addition to the elevated, casual dining options at the resort.
"We are thrilled to introduce a new dining option that reflects our commitment to offering guests unparalleled dining experiences that are unique and authentic,” Mena said in a statement.
