"We were like, 'Man, I wish this was in New Braunfels,'...so we took inspiration from a lot of dishes and we wanted to bring some of that stuff that we like back home," Joe Silverman said.
The Silverman's opened breakfast. at 2168 Oak Run Parkway, Ste. 102.—within the Veramendi master-planned community—in August 2024.
What's special about it?
The breakfast spot operates with an open kitchen, where patrons can see their food being made. Joe said an open kitchen was inspired by the "Sunday fun days," in their house where friends and family would come over while they made food.
Joe also said they want breakfast. to be an extension of their home.
"We love serving people, having fun, laughing, meeting people's family, talking about where they're from, what they're doing—all of it. And so now we're just doing it on bigger scales," he said.
