In the Oct. 14 episode of the DFW Breakdown, which focuses on the topic of affordable housing, Community Impact reporter Rebecca Heliot discusses Dallas' progress in connecting people experiencing homelessness to housing. Plus, reporter Destine Gibson brings an update from Lewisville, where the city has voted to create a public facilities corporation to help fund and lead public housing projects.
