South Regional Library adult programming canceled until new librarian is hired

South Regional Library Librarian Amanda Abright announced her last day with the Montgomery County Memorial Library System Aug. 16.

“I am reaching out to tell you that today is my last day at South Regional Library,” Abright said in a statement. “I am a bundle of emotions: happy, excited, butterflies in my stomach about my new adventure in a new career and sad, melancholy, and nostalgic about missing all of the wonderful people I have met through programming at the library these past three years.
