  1. School resumed on Monday for Spring ISD students after being closed for over a week because of flooding due to Hurricane Harvey. The SISD board of trustees will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at 16717 Ella Blvd., Houston. www.springisd.org

  3. The Cypress Creek Foundation for Arts and Community Enrichment concert scheduled Tuesday at The Centrum, 6823 Cypresswood Drive, Spring, is canceled due to flooding in the facility. The Cypress Creek FACE Promenade Series will resume on Oct. 10 at a new venue. www.cypresscreekface.org

Barbara Bush Branch Library patrons who need to return books to the library—which is closed due to flood damage—can visit the Northwest Branch at 11355 Regency Green Drive, Cypress, or the Lonestar College-Tomball Community Library, 30555 Hwy. 249, Tomball.
