Cedar Park Planning and Zoning Commission passed three subdivision cases regarding the split of three commercial lots at its meeting Tuesday night.
Recommendations must go to City Council for final approval.
Commissioners approved the division of a lot southwest of the intersection of Little Elm Trail and South Bell Boulevard, with the condition that easements are recorded before final plat recording. The approximately 14.07-acre lot in the Little Elm Subdivision could be split from one commercial lot to two commercial lots, said Cedar Park Senior Planner Rachel Tepper.
The zoning commission passed the resubdivision of one approximately 10.83-acre commercial lot to two commercial lots in the La Jaita Business Park. The lot is at the northwest corner of Arrow Point Drive and La Jaita Drive, according to city documents.
The commission also recommended the split of a 4.9-acre lot northwest of West New Hope Drive and Youpon Trail in High Meadow to two commercial lots. The lot at the corner of Clover Lane and West New Hope Drive may be used for a convenience store, according to the applicant, a representative from Pohl Partners.
