A new residential community is under development on the northwest and southwest corners of Legacy Drive and Stonebrook Parkway. The 300-acre property will have 650 homes that will be delivered in the next five to six years. Homes will range from approximately 2,900 square feet to 4,400 square feet. Planned amenities at Edgestone include a resident center, resort-style pool complex, event lawn, playground and several neighborhood parks.
