This month you’ll discover a bright new feature (see Page 11) called the To-do list. We hope this page will be your go-to destination each month for everything happening in our community.

I’d like to tell you a little about why we created the page and what you can expect to find.

Although we love celebrating the concerts and fairs that have been a staple of our community calendar page, there’s much more happening in our community, and we wanted to find a way to feature that content. The To-do list is meant to capture all of those moments.

You’ll surely find events on this page, but you’ll also discover agenda items from important upcoming meetings, special holidays and themed days, numbers to know and more.

As part of the launch of this page, you’ll notice that our business and restaurant profiles are now further back in the paper (see pages 27-28). This was done so all of our news content could be placed closer to the front, and all of our lighter content, such as our profiles and real estate content, would be located in the back of the edition. We think this improves the organization of the newspaper.
