Spring and Klein roads and intersections affected by Ironman triathlon

The traffic routes affected for the bike race portion of the Ironman triathlon route will include several roads and intersections in the Spring and Klein area, according to the race route Traffic Impact districted by Ironman Texas. The race is to be held May 14 with the bike race part beginning at 7 a.m. and lasting until 4:25 p.m.

The intersections affected and the times include:

Cypresswood Drive and Treaschwig Road from 7:55 a.m. to 10:50 a.m.

Cypresswood Road and FM 1960 from 8:05 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

U-Turn on Hardy Tollroad feeder from 8:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Cypress Slough and I-45 from 8:25 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

Lexington and Spring Cypress roads from 8:35 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.

Northcrest Drive and Root Road from 8:55 a.m. to 12:35 p.m.

Northcrest Drive and West Rayford Road from 8:58 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Augusta Pines and Strake drives from 9:05 a.m. to 1 p.m.
