Wade Park has announced five new tenants joining its lineup of restaurants and retailers.

Yard House, Sur La Table, Paper Source, Luna Grill and Blo Blow Dry Bar have committed to the 175-acre development located at Lebanon Road and Dallas North Tollway. The businesses join more than a dozen tenants—which include Whole Foods Market, iPic Theaters and Hotel ZaZa—that have already committed to the $5 Billion Mile development.

“We’re proud of the exceptional mix of tenants that have signed on so far and are looking forward to announcing many others in the coming weeks and months,” Stan Thomas, Thomas Land & Development president and CEO, said in a news release.

Yard House is a restaurant known for its draft beer. The Wade Park location, which will be the restaurant's seventh Texas location, will feature more than 100 beers on tap.

Sur La Table is a retail store specializing in cookware and other kitchen tools. Frisco will be the store's ninth Texas location.

Paper Source is another retailer offering custom-designed and personalized paper and stationary for invitations, announcements and greeting cards. The store also offers gifts and gift wrap.

Luna Grill is a Mediterranean restaurant with locations in North Texas and Southern California. The menu includes wraps, kabobs and gyros.

Blo Blow Dry Bar is a salon that specializes in hair styling; no cuts or color. The salon also offers nail and facial services.

The first phase of Wade Park is expected to open in 2017 with approximately 600,000 square feet of specialty retail space.
