Austin-area homebuilder Brohn Homes began constructing a new three-story office building at 6720 Vaught Ranch Road, Austin, in August and is set to complete the project in April, Marketing Coordinator Ashley Anyankar said.

The 20,900-square-foot building will serve as headquarters for the 13-year-old company, with a portion of the facility leased to other tenants, she said. The project, located on a 2-acre site just west of Loop 360 off RR 2222, will include an underground parking garage, she said.

“The site for the Brohn Homes corporate headquarters building was chosen due to its central Hill Country location, which provides easy access to the major transportation corridors of Austin,” said Aaron Boenig, who founded and owns the company with brother Adam Boenig. “Additionally, the site will allow us to construct a top-notch facility that will allow for expansion and the ability to attract and retain top-notch talent.”
