Construction on the Hill Country Galleria's townhome development, Galleria Walk, is underway with its first residents expected by this summer, said builder JB Neale, principal at J. Byron Custom Homes.
The 41-unit complex, located at 13500 Galleria Circle, Bee Cave, includes detached three-story, contemporary-style townhomes with many sites featuring a small, fenced side yard, he said. Construction on the development began in May 2014, and Phase 1, with its five units, was sold out at the beginning of the year, he said.
"Based on our sales to date, the homes appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers, including empty nesters, singles and families," Neale said.
Groundbreaking on the second phase of the four-phase project is expected to begin in the coming months, he said.
