The I-35 corridor spanning from southern Georgetown to North Round Rock is one of the fastest-developing areas of Williamson County. Within the past year, the area added a new H-E-B grocery store, the first In-N-Out Burger location in Central Texas and numerous other retail locations. In 2013 the city of Round Rock also announced a deal with outdoor retailer Bass Pro Shops to build the company's first Austin-area location in 2015. Development agreements between the cities of Georgetown and Round Rock are expected to help continue development on the vacant land between Teravista Parkway and Westinghouse Road.
