With 100 percent of precincts reporting in Montgomery County James Noack is the unofficial winner in the race for Precinct 3 County Commissioner after he earned 6,232 votes (55 percent). Kenny Speight unofficially finished second with 3,691 votes (32.6 percent) Brian Dawson was third with 719 vote (.06 percent) and Paul Cote finished fourth with 663 votes (.05 percent).

County commissioners serve four-year terms. As the unofficial winner, Noack will move on to face Democrat Bryan Cambrice in the November General Election. Cambrice ran unopposed in the Primary Election.

The winner will take over the seat currently held by Ed Chance, whose term is expiring on Dec. 31, 2012.
