Hand-rolled meatballs make up the crux of the menu at Tombolini's, an Italian restaurant in Cypress.

"No two [meatballs] are equal, because they're all done by hand," said Ugo Tombolini, who opened the restaurant last April.

This year, he plans to open a second location.

"We keep on growing," Tombolini said. "What we've seen is repetitive business; we've seen the same people come in here three to four times a week."

Tombolini's offers several choices of meatballs, such as the Tom Ball, the Texan, Chicken Fajita and Italiano, which can be paired with several types of pasta and flavors.
