- MOD Pizza, 1871 N. Lake Forest Drive, Ste. 900
- Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, 1871 N. Lake Forest Drive, Ste. 400

- Quest Care, address not available (still under construction)
According to site plans provided by the developer, a UPS store and Pet Supplies Plus are also confirmed to open at 1821 N. Lake Forest Drive, but no suite number is available.
