Indiana-based Xscape Theaters plans to open first Texas location along FM 1488

Xscape Theaters will open its first Texas location at the northeast corner of FM 1488 and Old Conroe Magnolia Road at the border of Magnolia, The Woodlands and Conroe in 2018. According to a statement from Newcor Commercial Real Estate—which represented the theater company in the 8-acre land sale—the 52,000-square-foot theater will feature 12 screens, reclining seating for up to 1,530 guests and a concessions area. The Indiana-based movie theater chain has locations in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, New Jersey and Florida. http://xscapetheatres.com
