Louisiana Fried Chicken & Seafood, which opened its first Houston-area location in 2011, held its soft opening June 3 at 905 W. Main St., Tomball. The fast-casual eatery offers Cajun-style chicken and seafood dishes made from scratch, including various gumbos, etouffee and jambalaya. 832-698-2377.
