Mia’s Table will open in early September at 18450 I-45 S., Shenandoah. The family-friendly restaurant will serve burgers, sandwiches, tacos and salads, as well as country platters of chicken fried steak, meatloaf or chicken-fried chicken and baskets of chicken strips, fried shrimp and fried catfish. The eatery will also serve smoker choices of pulled pork, pulled chicken, baby back ribs and barbecue chicken. Hannah joined Community Impact Newspaper as a reporter in May 2016 after graduating with a degree in journalism from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
