Jinya Ramen Bar will open in spring 2020 at 13509 University Blvd., Ste. A291, Sugar Land. The Los Angeles-based ramen chain simmers its stocks for more than 10 hours and pairs it with whole pork bones, chicken, vegetables, bonito, dashi, kombu and other authentic ingredients. They already have five locations in Houston and in addition to Sugar Land are opening two other locations in the Heights and Cypress.
