Boutique sweet shop and national franchise Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery opened its first Pearland area location Oct. 13 at Pearland Town Center, 11200 W. Broadway St., Ste. 655, behind James Avery Jewelry. The bakery celebrated its grand opening Nov. 2. Smallcakes features 18 signature cupcake flavors as well as ice cream.
