Justin and Kathryn Haecker launched their new business Bexar County Brisket in the Tomball Farmers Market at 205 Main St., in late March. The business serves slow-cooked brisket by the pound to-go, on sandwiches, on skewers with King's Hawaiian Rolls and on street tacos with a "sweet heat" sauce.
