Hat Creek Burger Co. opened Aug. 26 at 2150 S. Mason Road, Katy, just west of Morton Ranch High School. The chain, which recently opened a location in Fulshear, serves a menu of burgers; salads; chicken nuggets; milkshakes; and breakfast options, such as tacos, eggs and pancakes.
