Forever Diamonds Fine Custom Jewelry is slated to open in April at 11930 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 550, Cypress. The family-owned business will be run by Annie Hoang Thanh and her brothers Shawn Nguyen and Jason Pham. The business will offer fine custom jewelry for purchase and will also work with clients to create their own custom pieces, Thanh said. Other services will include recreating and repairing jewelry. For a limited time, Thanh said they will offer free battery changes for most watches and free polish, rhodium and cleaning for most jewelry. The business will also offer specials to members of the military and first responders, she said.
