How Wei Chinese Restaurant in early February at 12343 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress. Chen said the restaurant offers traditional Cantonese-style Chinese food. Menu offerings include soups, Peking duck, lo mein, clay pot-cooked dishes and various platters served on sizzling plates. 281-758-0079
