Kilo Kolaches and Arepas plan to open late November at 2228 Texas Drive in Sugar Land. On top of kolaches and arepas, Kilo will also offer a variety of boba teas, coffee, homemade doughnuts, beer, and wine. Vegan and gluten-free items will also be available.
