Original ChopShop expects to open Aug. 30 at the Shops at Legacy, 5715 Legacy Drive, Ste. 180, Plano. The restaurant will offer menu items, such as grilled protein bowls, salads, super fruit bowls, parfaits and juices. Original ChopShop will also offer options for customers with dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
