BlackBall is slated to open a location Aug. 16 at 100 Legacy Drive, Ste. 102, Plano. The Taiwanese dessert shop serves bubble teas, hot and cold desserts and a build-it-yourself option, where patrons can choose from ingredients like grass jelly, a variety of ice creams, sweet potato balls and more.
