Fresh Mart Supermarket, which was originally scheduled to open at the end of November, has pushed back its expected opening date to February. The supermarket will be at 1301 Custer Road, Plano, and will sell organic foods. Fresh Mart will be outfitted with vegetable and seafood markets. The grocer will operate out of a 53,000-square-foot space, which was previously occupied by Albertsons.
