The Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West is expected to open July 1 at 6007 Legacy Drive. The hotel, owned by the Sam Moon Group and managed by Marriott hotels, will have 304 rooms, approximately 440 parking spaces and 30,000 square feet of conference space.
The hotel will be run by Marriott International Inc. and will be the flagship of the Renaissance hotels new brand and style. 469-925-1800.
