The high-end kitchenware and grocery supply company Dean & DeLuca expects to open its Legacy West location in 2018 at 7400 Windrose Ave., Ste. B100, Plano. Dean & DeLuca’s origins started in lower Manhattan, where it has since become a nationally recognized brand. Patrons will be able to peruse items ranging from pastries to copper plated pans.
