Southwest Austin's Guantanamera restaurant rebrands as CUBA512
Filete a la Parrilla, a dish served at CUBA512, features fresh Atalntic salmon fillet marinated in lime juice, garlic and black pepper. The dish is grilled and comes with mango pico de gallo, rice and tostones.

Local eatery Guantanamera, located at 6800 West Gate Blvd., Ste. 112, Austin, changed its name to CUBA512 on Oct. 12. The name change and new brand identity represent the authentic Cuban inspiration for the restaurant, owner Iskander Gener said. 512-382-1022.
