Potbelly Sandwich Shop celebrates its 40th year in business June 1. The company, which has a location at 403 N. Guadalupe St., San Marcos, is adding items to its menu to celebrate the milestone, including a birthday milkshake made with butter cookies and sprinkles; Birthday Marshmallow Crispy Bars; and jars of hot peppers that can be taken home.
