Area Schlotzsky’s, including both Round Rock sandwich shops, are rebranding to Schlotzsky’s Austin Eatery. The revamped concept includes a new menu, according to a press release. The restaurant's more than 370 locations are scheduled to be rebranded by the end of the summer.
